Just recently Tania spoke on a Sunday morning at our church. Her topic was the Foundation of Love. One quote she gave was, “God’s love is the key that opens the door to everything that God is. God is love. Since a true revelation of God’s love makes us full with the fullness of God, then a lack of being full of God must mean there is a lack in understanding and experiencing God’s love.” – Andrew Wommack

The Lord has really been speaking to us on the key to experiencing His love.

“May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.”
Ephesians 3:19 (NLT)

I want to be complete and full of God’s life and power. If you would like to listen to Tania’s message, here is the link.

One member of the intercessory prayer team that was visiting for this event said, “Lord, we prayed so hard for sunshine!” God said to her, “I am cleansing this land.” Wow! So amazing, and just a day or two later a woman who works in the local art gallery was talking to our pastor. She told him – something has changed within the town. I can see and sense a positive change in many aspects of the community. Praise God!

Another testimony: the whole event almost didn’t happen. The sound man was called away on another job, and he left an employee in charge. When the sound man returned, it had by then been raining for a while. Fuming, he told his employee he was supposed to have closed the whole thing down if it rained. Well praise God, He orchestrated that situation to our benefit!

We are looking forward to more good reports of all that is breaking forth as we make a stand in front of the community to say the Kindgom of God is here, bring your hurting and broken ones and be healed and set free! Enjoy the rest of the pics!

We just wanted to share with all of you our sadness at the news we received today that Jason’s grandfather, George “Poppy” Brower, passed away today, April 25th. While we are all very sad at this news, we are thankful that Poppy is now with His Savior, Jesus.

We are so thankful for Poppy and Mommom, his wife, who have passed down to us such a godly heritage and also their amazing example as missionaries in many different Latin American countries. Poppy will be dearly missed, as he is dearly loved. It was a blessing to be able to skype with Mommom and some of the family today and share our love with one another at this difficult time.

We’d like to ask you to please keep our family in your prayers during this time.

It has been an exciting month as our church has baptised 4 people. The 1st was a young lady from CIU (Columbia International University) that was over visiting Tania and me and wanted to be baptised because she had only been ‘sprinkled’ as an infant before she even gave her life to Jesus. We also had three ladies from our church that have wanted to be baptised as an expressing of there faith in Jesus Christ! So last Sunday we all headed to a nice spot in a town near by and had three river Baptisms, just like they did in the Bible. We were quit the sceptical to a few locals as they are only use to seeing this done in a church building and to infants being sprinkled. One lady spectator actually tried to stop our ladies from getting into the water even yelling at them. While it is sad to see some people that are so naive about the Bible and the traditions of Christianity, we are exited to see others make a stand for Jesus in this Irish culture. Take a look at the articular below that Pat (a believer from the town we did the baptisms) put into a local paper!

Yes, we’re still here! Sorry we haven’t blogged in awhile…it has been pretty busy on this side of the Pond. More details to come on what’s going on over here…but for now suffice it to say that the Holy Spirit is moving, stirring up our congregation to desire more of Him. With our first ever worship night, called “The Waters,” we have sensed an increased openness in our church to the Holy Spirit’s desire to move and touch lives. Good things are in the works, as we look forward to our next night of worship in about a month, upcoming baptisms and exciting developments with The Drop.

But in other news – we are legal! Yes, this is a big answer to prayer. The Ministry Visa we first qualified for was only renewable for THREE YEARS, so this year it ran out. However, just a few short MONTHS ago a NEW LAW was written which would allow us to renew yearly if we qualified as ministers (which we do according to their stipulations). Praise God for the favor we received just TODAY, which should allow us to renew yearly for an indefinite period. God is so good to pave the way!

FYI – this article is in regard to the upcoming “Worship in the Park” in April, which we have scheduled following our first successful one in October 2011. On an interesting side note, Tania and I met Cllr. Geoghegan at the 4th of July picnic our first summer in Ireland, and Cllr. Higgins is the father-in-law of one of our church members (both are mentioned in the article below). This is an AMAZING example of how the Lord is continuing to give us GRACE and FAVOR in our community! We are in awe!

‘The Drop,” our youth outreach drop-in center is going strong! Now six months since it started, we have begun the 1st step in taking it outside the doors of the church. A key in reaching this generation is to live life with them like Jesus did. With that in mind, one of our youth workers, Penny, opened up her home for the evening recently. A bunch of us packed into her home and were pleased to see a great turn-out of youth for the evening. Three of the guys even got there 2 hours early to make a 4 course meal for the gang! The kitchen was bustling with food & preparations, the dining room was music central with teens playing the guitar and singing, the sunroom was chatting and hanging out, and the living room was captivated by ‘Living with the Amish on BBC.” It was a great success in invading their world with The Kingdom. May the Lord continue to give us deeper friendships and a voice into this young generation that has a destiny with Jesus…they just don’t know it yet.

The seeds of the vision of Horizon were planted during the 1980’s when four churches were planted in Europe through a network based in Florida, USA. The ministers and leaders representing the members of Horizon have joined themselves together in a common commitment to walk together in the holy bonds of love, support and mutual submission with the collective vision to plant, build and strengthen local autonomous churches in the context of family relationships. The Horizon Network has formed through individual church friendships, not just denominational doctrinal statements. The Lord is unifying us first in Him then in vision and peripheral theology. It is wonderful to have ‘cross pollination’ of other parts of the Church to enrich us and give us DNA that can reproduce here in Europe.
